The best way to diet is to focus not only on losing weight, but also on living longer while reversing the effects of aging. The majority of diets are actually dangerous and do not promote anti aging. 1. Make vegetables the mainstay of your diet. Whatever your main meals are, always include some form of vegetable in the mix. Veggies have wonderful anti aging qualities, and their perfect for weight loss. The good thing is that you can get away with eating a large amount of vegetables and not gain additional weight, while you enhance their anti aging qualities.
